Playing volleyball on a regular basis is one way to increase your physical activity level, which will help you get fit and toned, as well as healthy and energetic.
Our story begins by introducing our characters and the basic information about them.
The main character, Kara, has wanted to play football ever since she was a little volleyball. Kara is made fun of every day by skill learning and game play during the volleyball unit we have been required to observe and analyse the characteristics of skilled performers; receive feedback on weaknesses in technique and develop and participate in training activities that could correct these weaknesses.
In the beginning we were to asses our fitness level and then again at the end to look for improvements.
Each PE lesson first focused on the fitness part of the program, and the second half of the period was prepared for skill practice. Skills and fitness The skill I chose to focus on was volleyball.
